Admanano is the fine particles of nano size silica the surface of which is well treated by our original technology. Organic resin (or solvent) in which Admanano is equally dispersed is newly developed.
It is ideally surface-treated and well and equally dispersed on nano-size level, as it is difficult to do it by the physical dispersion equipments on such level.
By adding hardener or catalysts to this resin masterbatch containing nano-size silica, it is possible to produce new resin compounds with different characters from the conventional ones. These compound can be used for substrates, die-attach, liquid fillers, thermal interface materials, epoxy fillers (EMC), optical bond, hardcoat, coil enamel, paints for automobiles, transparent products, resist, etc.
Any resin can be used according to customers' request.
